General Conditions of Loyalty, Sponsorship and Affiliation Programs

I. Loyalty Program

1. Membership

  • Submitted to application via a form.
  • Optional personal presentation.
  • Reserved for registered private customers .
  • Minimum amount to apply: €0 .

2. Operation

  • 10% of the amount including tax of each order (≥ €50 including tax) is added to the loyalty kitty.
  • Rewards are available 15 days after ordering .

II. Sponsorship Program

1. Membership

  • Subject to application , with optional introduction.
  • Open to registered individuals and professionals .
  • No pre-order required.

2. Operation

  • Number of sponsored friends: unlimited .
  • Email invitations: unlimited .
  • €3 reward per new registration, limited to 20 .
  • Reward awarded only after the referral's first paid order .

3. Cascading Rewards

  • Level 1: 30%
  • Level 2: 5%
  • Level 3: 3%
  • Other levels: 1%

4. Benefits for the godchild

  • 5% discount on first order.
  • Valid for 10 days after receiving the code.

III. Affiliate Program

1. Membership

  • Subject to application , introduction optional .
  • Open to registered individuals and professionals under certain conditions .
  • No minimum order value required.

2. Rewards

  • 20% commission including tax per product sold via affiliate link.

3. Customer discount

  • 5% discount code on first affiliate order.
  • Valid for 10 days .

IV. Use of Rewards

1. Payment and vouchers

  • Rewards can be used to pay for an order .
  • The balance can be converted into a voucher valid for 7 days .

2. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals allowed for loyalty, sponsorship and affiliation rewards .
  • Invoice required for each withdrawal request.
  • Only one withdrawal request can be in progress at a time.

3. Withdrawal Methods

  • PayPal : no fees.
  • Bank transfer : within 5 business days. Fees may apply (zone, currency, bank).
  • Check : only in the name and postal address of the affiliate.

V. Final Provisions

  • Failure to comply with the conditions may result in suspension or termination of access to the programs.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or suspend programs with prior notice.
  • Any fraud will result in the cancellation of benefits and may lead to prosecution.
