Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all commercial operations concerning products offered for sale by LPBE SAS on the website www.aromacentre.fr, to the exclusion of all other conditions (unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and by mutual consent). Placing an order through this website implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. LPBE SAS: The website www.aromacentre.fr where products are presented and sold to customers. All domain extensions and related URLs are included under the name AROMA CENTRE.

2.2. Customer: Any legally capable individual or legal entity who places an order for product(s) via www.aromacentre.fr.

2.3. Order: The conclusion of a sales contract between LPBE SAS and the customer of the website concerning the presented products.

2.4. Product page: Information (texts, photos, graphics, etc.) related to a product offered for sale on the website.

2.5. Products: All goods offered for sale by LPBE SAS on www.aromacentre.fr.

2.6. Transaction: All operations and authorizations related to payment for the ordered products by credit card, cheque, bank transfer, or any other means proposed on the website.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accepts them without reservation. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. PURPOSE

LPBE SAS offers products for online sale (see article 5). The customer adds desired products to their shopping cart and places an order, making payment via the available methods (see article 8). The order is confirmed by email, and products are delivered within the indicated timeframe (see article 7).

5. PRODUCTS

Only products with an existing product page on www.aromacentre.fr can be sold.

6. ORDER

  • 6.1. All information provided when placing an order is binding on the customer. LPBE SAS cannot be held responsible for errors in the recipient's details or resulting consequences (delays, inability to deliver, etc.).
  • 6.2. Automated recording systems serve as proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.
  • 6.3. The order is only finalized once LPBE SAS sends an email confirmation to the address provided by the customer.
  • 6.4. LPBE SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order (payment issues, previous disputes, etc.).
  • 6.5. If the ordered product is not immediately available, the customer is informed of the delivery time by email and may modify or cancel the order if desired.
  • 6.6. Only legally capable persons may place an order.
  • 6.7. The customer accepts that their order will be prepared at LPBE SAS’s logistics center under proper handling practices.

7. DELIVERY

  • 7.1. After confirmation of the order and payment, LPBE SAS undertakes to ship the products to the indicated address within a period usually between 3 and 15 business days. Full delivery details are available on the website.
  • 7.2. The customer agrees to pay all applicable taxes and charges related to delivery. LPBE SAS cannot be held responsible in this regard.
  • 7.3. Delivery is carried out by partner carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relais, etc.). LPBE SAS may use any carrier deemed preferable. No compensation can be claimed for delivery delays.
  • 7.4. Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the products and, if necessary, notify the carrier of any issues.
  • 7.5. If a package is not received despite several delivery attempts, it will be returned to LPBE SAS and the customer will be notified. Any further delivery will be at the customer's expense, even if the initial shipping was free.
  • 7.6. Any partial or total resale of the purchased products is prohibited.

8. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

  • 8.1. In accordance with the law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal right (excluding perishable, opened or used products, and books). Products must be returned new, complete, and in original packaging to the address provided, at the customer's expense.
  • 8.2. Sums paid will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of one month after receipt of the products by LPBE SAS. Initial shipping costs are deducted if delivery was free or under promotion.
  • 8.3. The right of withdrawal applies only before the package is shipped. This must be indicated via the Contact page.

9. PRICE

  • 9.1. Prices shown on product pages do not include shipping costs.
  • 9.2. The final price is that stated in the order confirmation, all taxes included.
  • 9.3. LPBE SAS reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect when the order is placed.

10. PAYMENT

  • 10.1. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, via one of the available methods on the website.
  • 10.2. Payment security and anti-fraud protection are ensured by PAYPAL, STRIPE, or other online services.
  • 10.3. The order only becomes effective after approval from the secure payment service. In case of refusal, the order is canceled and the customer is notified.
  • 10.4. Payment data is automatically processed by the relevant payment providers to prevent fraud.

11. LIABILITY

  • 11.1. LPBE SAS and its President cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products.
  • 11.2. LPBE SAS cannot be held liable for modifications made to the products by manufacturers.
  • 11.3. LPBE SAS’s liability is limited to the value of the order. It cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
  • 11.4. Links to other websites are for information only. LPBE SAS is not responsible for their content.

12. GUARANTEE

LPBE SAS can in no case be held responsible for failure to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the country of receipt. Any potential liability is limited to the value of the product at the time of sale.

13. PERSONAL DATA

  • 13.1. Information collected is essential for order processing. Failure to provide such information will prevent order validation.
  • 13.2. LPBE SAS complies with French and European law regarding personal data processing. Each customer may access, modify, or delete their data by contacting LPBE SAS by registered mail.
  • 13.3. LPBE SAS undertakes never to disclose customer contact details to any third party.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of the site is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, modification, or publication is prohibited without prior written authorization from LPBE SAS or third parties concerned.

15. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

In the event of difficulties in applying this contract, the customer and LPBE SAS will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
All contracts and legal relations between the customer and LPBE SAS are subject to French law.
