History & Tradition

Inspired by the uses of fruit and spice infusions, this creation emphasizes the quality of ingredients and extraction time to reveal clean and harmonious aromas in everyday drinks.

Directions for use

  • Cold infusion : still or sparkling water 12–24 hours in the fridge, finely filter before serving.
  • Homemade syrup : bring water and sugar to a simmer, add the infusion, cover off the heat for 20–30 min, filter, keep cool.
  • Iced tea : brew lukewarm (black/green tea), filter, sweeten to taste, chill.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup in a glass, top up with sparkling water and ice cubes.
  • Creations : cocktails, mixed drinks, fruit waters, smoothies, granitas.

Recipe ideas

  • Tropic Fizz : 3 cl of Soleil des Tropiques syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + lime zest.
  • Mango Cooler : 2 cl of syrup + 8 cl of pineapple juice + 6 cl of sparkling water.
  • Mango-pineapple iced tea : warm green tea + 15 min infusion of the mixture, filter, chill.
  • Fruity water : cold infusion for 12 hours, filter, serve chilled.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Finely strain for a clear drink. Store the dry mixture away from light, moisture, and heat. After preparing a syrup, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 weeks.

Label with reference name, preparation date and batch number. Indicative DLUO for the dry mix: 18–24 months if stored properly. Traceability maintained by SAS LPBE.
