History & approach
Inspired by the traditions of fruit and spice infusion, this creation emphasizes the quality of the material and extraction time for harmonious everyday drinks.
Directions for use
- Cold infusion : still or sparkling water 12–24 hours in the fridge, finely filter before serving.
- Homemade syrup : simmer water + sugar, add the mixture, cover off the heat for 20–30 min, filter, keep cool.
- Iced tea : brew warm (black/green tea), filter, adjust sweetness, chill.
- Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup in a glass, top up with sparkling water and ice cubes.
- Creations : cocktails, mixed drinks, fruit waters, smoothies, granitas.
Recipe ideas
- Citrus Cooler : 3 cl of Sweet Caribbean syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + orange slice.
- Fig & Date Tea : lukewarm black tea + 15 min infusion, filter, refresh.
- Homemade Orange Spritz : 3 cl of syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + lemon zest.
- Fruity water : cold infusion for 12 hours, filter, serve very cold.
Precautions for use & storage
Use clean, dry utensils. Finely strain for a clear drink. Store the dry mixture away from light, moisture, and heat. After preparing a syrup, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 weeks.
