History & approach

Inspired by the uses of floral and fruity infusions, this creation highlights the quality of the plants and the extraction time for decidedly fresh and aromatic drinks for everyday use.

Directions for use

  • Cold infusion : still or sparkling water 12–24 hours in the fridge, finely filter before serving.
  • Homemade syrup : simmer water + sugar, add the mixture, cover off the heat for 20–30 min, filter, keep cool.
  • Iced tea : brew warm (black/green tea), filter, adjust sweetness, chill.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup in a glass, top up with sparkling water and ice cubes.
  • Creations : cocktails, mixed drinks, fruit waters, granitas.

Recipe ideas

  • Wild Flower Spritz : 3 cl of Wild Flower syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + mint leaf.
  • Hibiscus Iced Tea : warm hibiscus tea + 15 min infusion, filter, chill.
  • Strawberry-Mint Cooler : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + ice cubes.
  • Fruity water : cold infusion for 12 hours, filter, serve very cold.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Finely strain for a clear drink. Store the dry mixture away from light, moisture, and heat. After preparing a syrup, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 weeks.
