History & approach

Twilight Forest evokes the drinks of late afternoon: fruity but not too sweet, with a subtle herbal and resinous note. This Papa Willy's blend was designed to be versatile: chilled, the tartness dominates; hot or as a syrup, the vanilla and orange take center stage.

Usage tips

  • Cold brew : 12–24 h chilled in still or sparkling water, filter well.
  • Homemade syrup : water + sugar simmering, add the mixture, cover for 20–30 min, filter, keep refrigerated.
  • Red fruit iced tea : infuse in warm black or green tea, filter, chill.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup + sparkling water + orange wedge.
  • Creations : non-alcoholic cocktails, mixed drinks, red fruit granitas, flavored water of the day.

Recipe ideas

  • Twilight Fizz : 3 cl of Twilight Forest syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + orange zest.
  • Red Forest Iced Tea : iced black tea + 1 tsp of infusion, strain, serve with ice cubes.
  • Orange wood : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + crushed juniper berry.
  • Ruby water : cold infusion for 12 hours, serve very chilled.

Precautions for use & storage

Always use clean, dry utensils. Strain thoroughly (hibiscus will color the mixture and may leave a slight sediment). Store the dry mixture away from light, heat, and moisture. After processing into a syrup or sweetened beverage, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 weeks.
