Aromatic profile

Brise du Verger features orchard fruit notes (apple, pear, apricot) enhanced by a lemony touch (lemon peel and verbena) and softened by a hint of vanilla . It's a smooth and versatile base, well-suited to everyday drinks, children's recipes (under adult supervision), or summer table beverages.

Bottling & personalization

500ml glass bottle with screw cap

Supplied in a 500ml glass bottle with a screw cap, suitable for homemade liquid preparations (cold infusion, syrup, drink base).

Customization (optional)

Option to add a first name or a short message (12–18 characters recommended) at no extra charge: practical for gifts or to identify a series of flavored drinks.

Usage tips

  • Cold brew : Infuse for 12–24 hours in a cool place in still or sparkling water, then filter finely.
  • Homemade syrup : bring water + sugar to a simmer, add the mixture, cover for 20–30 min, filter, keep refrigerated.
  • Orchard iced tea : infuse the preparation in warm green or white tea, filter, chill.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of Brise du Verger syrup + sparkling water + lemon slice.
  • Creations : non-alcoholic cocktails, fruity table drinks, granitas, flavored waters.

Recipe ideas

  • Verger Fizz : 3 cl of syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + lemon zest.
  • Apple-Pear Iced Tea : iced green tea + 1 tsp of Orchard Breeze infusion, strain, serve chilled.
  • Summer Breeze : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + verbena leaf.
  • Fruity water : cold infusion for 12 hours, serve with ice cubes.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Always filter before consuming. Store the dry mixture away from light, heat, and moisture. After processing into a syrup or sweetened beverage, store in the refrigerator and consume quickly (within 2–3 weeks).
