Aromatic profile

Mango Coconut Lagoon is based on a mango and coconut duo softened by pineapple , invigorated by lemongrass and mild ginger , and then enhanced with a touch of lime zest . It's a distinctly summery blend, designed for sunny, refreshing, and easy-to-drink beverages.

Composition

Dehydrated mango, dried pineapple, coconut flakes, lemongrass, dried sweet ginger, lime zest.

Bottling & personalization

500ml glass bottle with screw cap

Packaged in a 500ml glass bottle with a screw cap, suitable for cold infusions as well as homemade syrups.

Customization (optional)

Option to add a first name or a short message (12–18 characters recommended) for a gift or a themed series “non-alcoholic cocktails”.

Usage tips

  • Cold brew : 12–24 h chilled in still or sparkling water, filter (coconut may leave a slight deposit).
  • Homemade syrup : water + sugar simmering, add the mixture, cover for 20–30 min, filter, keep refrigerated.
  • Tropical iced tea : infuse in warm green or white tea, strain, chill, serve with ice cubes.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of Lagoon Mango Coconut syrup + sparkling water + lime slice.
  • Creations : mocktail-type drinks, granitas, summer fruit waters, bases for drinkable desserts.

Recipe ideas

  • Tropical Lagoon Fizz : 3 cl of syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + lime zest.
  • Mango Coconut Iced Tea : iced green tea + 1 tsp of infusion, strain, serve very cold.
  • Lagon Fresh : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + coconut flakes.
  • Summer water : cold infusion for 12 hours, filter, serve with ice cubes and a slice of lemon.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Always filter before consuming. Store the dry mixture away from light, heat, and moisture. After preparing a syrup or sweetened beverage, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 weeks.
