Rosa canina – whole berry powder

Obtained by slow drying and micronization of whole berries, the powder retains the majority of bioactive compounds. It lends itself to quick use, without cooking, to enrich drinks and recipes. Its tangy and fruity flavor blends well into infusions as well as sweet or savory preparations.
