Rosa canina – dried, cut berry without seeds

The berries are harvested at peak ripeness and then sorted to remove the internal seeds. This process allows for a more pleasant infusion, without complex filtration. The cut version also allows for better release of the active ingredients during infusion.

Fragments of dried orange-red fruit, with soft, fibrous flesh. Sweet, tangy taste and fruity aroma reminiscent of baked apple and red berries.
