  • Homemade capsules: 300 to 500 mg of powder per capsule, to be taken 2 to 3 times a day as needed and under supervision.
  • Quick infusion: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powder in 200 ml of warm to hot water, infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, filter.
