Main virtues

Strengthening the intestinal microbiota, digestive support, improvement of nutritional assimilation, natural intake of B vitamins, general support of skin, nails and hair.

Main constituents

B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6...), proteins, digestive enzymes, live probiotics (S. cerevisiae), minerals (zinc, selenium), essential amino acids.

Use and dosage

  • Wellness treatment: 1 to 2 teaspoons per day, in a lukewarm liquid (water, juice, broth), 20 to 30 minutes before meals.
  • Reactivation: Mix with water or a plant base at 35–40°C and let stand for a few minutes to activate the microorganisms.
  • Extended use: Ideal as a 3-week course of treatment, renewable.

Precautions, side effects and contraindications

  • Not recommended in cases of immunosuppression or active fungal infections.
  • May cause bloating at the start of the treatment (adjust the doses).
  • Avoid in people sensitive to yeast or taking antifungal treatment.
