Lithothamnium powder

Traditional use and dosage

  • Nutritional use: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day in a glass of water, compote, or smoothie. 15 to 30 day course, renewable.
  • Homemade capsules: 300 to 500 mg per unit. 2 to 3 per day.
  • External use (optional): Remineralizing bath powders or remineralizing masks in homemade cosmetics.

Precautions, side effects and contraindications

  • Not recommended in cases of renal insufficiency or uncontrolled calcium/magnesium treatment.
  • Avoid prolonged overdoses without supervision.
