Main virtues

Traditional use and dosage

  • Infusion: 1 tablespoon per 250 ml of simmering water. Infuse for 10 minutes. Drink in the evening or when you need to relax.
  • Relaxing blends: Combine with lemon balm, hawthorn, lavender or linden to enhance the calming effect.
  • Short course: Course lasting 5 to 10 days depending on how you feel, to be repeated occasionally.

Precautions, side effects and contraindications

  • Plant well tolerated at usual doses.
  • Contains natural traces of cyanogenic compounds: do not exceed the recommended doses or use for prolonged treatment without supervision.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women and young children.

History and use
