Brown mustard seed powder (Sarepta)

  • Poultice: mix 1 to 2 tablespoons with warm water to form a paste, apply for 5 to 10 minutes to the area to be stimulated, never on damaged skin.
  • Culinary use: in very small quantities in sauces, pickles, homemade mustards, spicy dishes.

Precautions, side effects and contraindications

  • ⚠ Highly irritating: do not use pure on the skin without support or limit the duration of application.
  • Not recommended for children, pregnant women or those with sensitive or damaged skin.
  • Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and respiratory tract.

History and use
