Yellow mustard seed powder – Sinapis alba

Yellow mustard powder is obtained by finely grinding the seeds of Sinapis alba . It has a moderately pungent taste and a milder stimulating action than brown mustard. It is therefore preferred in family care, circulatory rubs and moderate digestive uses.
