Palo Santo (Spanish for "holy wood") is an aromatic wood native to South America, traditionally used by the Andean and Amazonian peoples for its purifying and soothing properties. The slow combustion of the sticks releases a woody smoke with balsamic notes, used to ward off negative energies, refocus the mind, and purify the atmosphere.
