  • Infusion: 1 tablespoon per 250 ml of boiling water. Infuse for 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups per day.
  • Decoction: 1 tablespoon in 250 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil, let it boil for 5 minutes, then infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and consume.
  • External use: Maceration of 30 g of plant in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, applied locally to reduce skin spots.
