A plant-based sweetness without sugar or calories

Dried and cut stevia leaves are a simple, natural, and unprocessed solution for sweetening hot beverages, infusions, decoctions, or herbal blends. They can be combined with bitter, sour, or strong-tasting herbs to sweeten the infusion, or used alone for their mild aroma and distinctive aftertaste. Unlike concentrated extracts, the whole leaf retains a more vegetal and mild flavor profile, sought after in artisanal herbal teas and simple herbal preparations.

Description

Whole or roughly chopped leaves, dark green to olive green, dried naturally or at low temperature. Slightly brittle texture, intense vegetal aroma, very sweet taste with a slightly liquorice note on the finish.
