Thyme leaf powder – Thymus vulgaris

Main use: vegetable powder intended for culinary, aromatic or express infusion use.

Form: Fine powder obtained from dried leaves of common thyme.

Common thyme ( Thymus vulgaris ) is an emblematic plant of the Mediterranean flora. When ground into powder, it retains the intensity of its woody, camphoraceous and slightly spicy aroma. Its micronized form allows for easy use in cooking, in dry blends, or as a quick infusion. This plant powder can also be used in technical formulas (dry aromatic baths, herb blends, vegetable vinegars, etc.).
