Salt of Guerande :
White gold from Brittany

Guérande salt is an exceptional product, coming from the salt marshes of the Guérande peninsula in Brittany. Harvested by hand using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation, this salt offers a unique, subtle and iodized flavor.

The famous Guérande salt has been harvested in the ancient tradition by Breton salt workers for more than 2000 years. The salt fields are made of grayish blue clay. It provides important minerals and trace elements to the salt crystal and gives this Atlantic salt its unique grayish color and its incomparable taste.
