Marshmallow oil macerate is obtained by macerating the dried roots of Althaea officinalis in a neutral vegetable oil. Rich in mucilage, it is known for its softening, emollient, and soothing properties. It is ideal for dry, sensitive, reactive, or discomfort-prone skin, as well as dry, brittle, or damaged hair.
