A medicinal fruit for controlled use

Used for centuries for sugar metabolism disorders or as a liver and kidney cleanser, paliure fruit is often combined with fenugreek, mulberry, or galega in hypoglycemic blends. Its tannin and active compound content justifies its use regulated by French regulations, particularly in food supplements or herbal teas for therapeutic purposes.

Description

Whole, dry fruits, in the form of flattened discs with winged edges, light brown to golden brown, 1 to 2 cm in diameter, hard texture, discreet odor, bitter and astringent taste.

Non.
