Raw cocoa, vegetable butter – HBV Oils and Butters

Pure, unrefined cocoa butter, rich and naturally aromatic

Raw cocoa butter HBV is extracted by pressing the roasted beans of Theobroma cacao , without deodorization or refining. It thus retains its natural chocolate aroma and its beige to light yellow color. Rich in stearic, palmitic and oleic acid, as well as antioxidants (polyphenols, vitamin E), this butter is a valuable ally in moisturizing and protective care.

Solid at room temperature, it melts upon contact with skin or in hot formulations. It is ideal for making nourishing balms, lip balms, body creams, anti-stretch mark treatments and hair products.

Cocoa butter is very well tolerated, and its richness in antioxidant compounds makes it an excellent ingredient for mature skin or skin prone to environmental aggressions.
