Packaged in a 500ml glass bottle with a screw cap, suitable for homemade liquid preparations (cold infusions, soda bases, syrups).

History & approach
Fresh Emerald was conceived as a daytime drink: refreshing, herbaceous, and best served ice cold. The combination of lime, mint, and cucumber evokes summer drinks, while the cardamom lends it a more professional character.
Usage tips
- Cold brew : 12–24 h chilled in still or sparkling water, filter well.
- Homemade syrup : water + sugar simmering, add the mixture, cover for 20–30 min, filter, keep refrigerated.
- Green iced tea : Infuse in warm green or white tea, filter, chill, serve with ice cubes.
- Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of Fresh Emerald syrup + sparkling water + lime slice.
- Creations : non-alcoholic cocktails, flavored detox waters, welcome drinks.
Recipe ideas
- Green Fresh Fizz : 3 cl of syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + fresh mint leaves.
- Cucumber Lime Iced Tea : iced green tea + 1 tsp of Fresh Emerald infusion, filter.
- Citrus & Mint Cooler : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + lemon zest.
- Green water : cold maceration for 12 hours, filter, serve with crushed ice.
Precautions for use & storage
Use clean, dry utensils. Always filter thoroughly (to prevent the presence of zest and mint). Store the dry mixture away from light, moisture, and heat. After processing into a sweetened beverage or syrup, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 weeks.

The blends are prepared to order by SAS LPBE / Papa Willy'S in order to preserve the freshness of the aromatic plants and avoid the possible rancidity of the peels.

May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, soy, sesame, celery or mustard depending on the supply chain and processing facility. Check the batch label before resale or professional use.

Label including the product name, preparation date, and batch number. Approximate best before date: 18 to 24 months under proper storage conditions.
