Café Créole draws inspiration from the roasted and spiced combinations of island cuisines. The selection of ingredients and a controlled extraction time reveal a precise, warm, and contemporary aroma.

Usage tips

  • Cold infusion : still or sparkling water, chilled for 12–24 hours, finely filtered before serving.
  • Homemade syrup : water + sugar simmering, add the mixture, cover off the heat for 20–30 min, filter, keep refrigerated.
  • Flavored iced tea/coffee : brew warm (black tea) or blend cold with cooled filter coffee, filter, adjust sweetness, chill.
  • Homemade soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup in a glass, top up with sparkling water and ice cubes.
  • Creations : cocktails, mixed drinks, flavored plant-based milks, drinkable desserts.

Recipe ideas

  • Creole Fizz : 3 cl of Creole Coffee syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + orange zest.
  • Mocha Iced Tea : warm black tea + 1 tsp of Café Créole infusion, steep for 15 minutes, filter, ice.
  • Orange Mocha Cooler : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + orange slice.
  • Flavored water : cold infusion for 12 hours, filter, serve very cold.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Filter finely for a clear beverage (paper filter recommended for coffee). Store the dry mixture away from light, moisture, and heat. After making a syrup, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 weeks.
