Essential oils can be used:

by olfactory route (diffusion or inhalation),

by cutaneous route (diluted in a vegetable oil),

exceptionally orally (only under qualified medical or therapeutic supervision).

Never use pure on the skin (always dilute in a vegetable oil).

Do a preliminary skin test (on the crease of the elbow for 24 hours).
