Description & usage ideas

Aromatic profile

This infusion combines a spicy heart (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom) with a citrus note (sweet orange) and tonka bean, which brings a very warm vanilla/almond impression. The hibiscus simply adds an elegant red hue and a touch of acidity.

Composition

Dried apple, dried ginger, sweet orange peel, crushed cinnamon, green cardamom, grated tonka bean, hibiscus.

Bottling & personalization

500ml glass bottle with screw cap

Packaged in a 500ml glass bottle with a screw cap, suitable for cold infusions, homemade syrups and preparations for flavored drinks.

Customization (optional)

A first name or short message (12–18 characters recommended) can be added for a gift box or professional series.

Usage tips

  • Cold infusion : 12–24 h in the refrigerator, filter very finely (presence of spices).
  • Hot infusion / syrup : water + sugar simmering, add the mixture, cover 20–30 min, filter, keep chilled.
  • Iced spiced tea : Infuse in warm black or rooibos tea, filter, chill.
  • Winter soda : 2–3 tbsp of syrup + sparkling water + orange zest.
  • Creations : non-alcoholic party drinks, spiced mocktails, base for signature cocktails.

Recipe ideas

  • Winter Ginger Fizz : 3 cl of syrup + 12 cl of sparkling water + orange slice.
  • Tonka Spiced Tea : hot rooibos + 1 tsp of infusion, filter, sweeten to taste.
  • Orange Cardamom Cooler : 2 cl of syrup + 10 cl of sparkling water + crushed cardamom.
  • Spiced red water : cold infusion for 12 hours, serve very chilled.

Precautions for use & storage

Use clean, dry utensils. Always strain (cinnamon, cardamom, and tonka bean may leave particles). Store the dry mixture away from light, heat, and moisture. After processing into a syrup or sweetened beverage, refrigerate and consume within 2–3 weeks.
