Professional use and dosage

  • Infusion: 5 to 10 g of buds for 250 ml of boiling water, infuse for 10 minutes. 2 to 3 cups per day.
  • Decoction: 5 g in 200 ml of cold water, heat for 5 minutes then infuse for 10 minutes. Filter.
  • Glycerin macerate (1D): manufactured according to gemmotherapy protocol (vegetable glycerin, alcohol, water).
  • Inhalation: high concentration decoction in a bowl of hot water.

  • Do not use in young children or pregnant women (presence of essential oils).
  • If you are allergic to conifers or resin, avoid use.
  • Respect the dosages and avoid prolonged administration without professional supervision.
