Mediterranean Salt in Coarse Grains:
The Strength of the Deep Blue

Particle size: 1.6-4.0 mm

Our Mediterranean salt is harvested using traditional methods in the salt marshes of Europe. Evaporated by the sun and the wind, the sea water gives way to delicate salt crystals, rich in natural minerals.
This naturally pure table salt is produced on the shores of the Mediterranean. The salt pans are located in large natural parks or nature reserves, far from industry and large cities. Seawater is transported through centuries-old canals to salt marshes.
