Naturally dark brown to reddish, this butter has a hard texture, a high content of myristic, lauric and oleic fatty acids, and natural anti-inflammatory compounds.

Traditionally used for skin prone to inflammation or cracking, it is used in the composition of restorative balms, fortifying hair care products, and natural cold-process soaps. Highly concentrated, it is often used in small quantities or diluted with other, more flexible fatty substances.
